or knowledge needed.

Shipping

- Our processing time is time that it takes us to go to post office and
deliver them the item to be shipped to you, and that takes us 3 - 5 days
depending on our schedule, we nonetheless try to send as soon as possible.
- When you make a purchase by default we send through standard shipping that
can take 2 - 4 weeks depending on your location and postal service.
- If you wish a different postal service or additional services like fast
shipping, please consult us to calculate post for you and give you the right
answer BEFORE purchase.

Disclaimer

- The doll hasn't been washed or mishandled by us, so may have that "used" or
"old" scent.
- The mohair items are shown without restoring on pictures, after collecting
for collectors to handle themselves the items in the proper way, as most of
collectors have their own ways how they preserve or present their collection,
and washing in an unproperly manner to them could mean to damage completely the
item.
- If you wish us to restore or wash the items, let us know the moment you make
the purchase, but restoring it could change slightly the appearance of the
items in comparison with the pictures, and also we would do it on a gentle
manner, as mohair is delicate and its colours as well, thus smells may not go
completely.
