Husky and Sled is the first of three sets in the Steiff Fulda Yukon Quest
series. The Yukon Quest is an annual 1000 mile sled dog race from Whitehorse,
Yukon to Fairbanks, Alaska. This set comes with a red sled and a grey and white
husky with a red harness. The sled has the Fulda and Steiff logos on it. The
dog stands 15 cm tall and has a chest tag reading, “Yukon Quest Fulda” and the
name “Kristall”. The dog also has an ear button and a white tag with EAN 38617.
This is a 1998 Limited Edition number 1242 of 3000 pieces. This set does not
come with a certificate of authenticity. A Fulda Yukon Quest booklet written in
German is included. There is no box.
