This stunning rare orange antique teddy bear dates from sometime around 1930
and is probably from Germany.

He measures approximately 34 cm in height and is 5-way disc jointed, with all
joints in very good firm condition.
He is made of orange mohair, which is very clean, retaining approximately 70%
coverage.

His head and body are filled with wood wool and he has a large non operative
growler located in his body.
All 4 paw pads are replacement.

He has black boot button eyes and original black stitched nose and mouth.

He has no musty of unpleasant odours and is very clean.

Condition -

Mohair loss is mainly to the sides of his arms and the back of his head.
Otherwise there are missing areas from general age-related play wear. A some
time his should joints have poked through the mohair so there are some
stitches. His orange mohair is still surprisingly vivid in colour.
