Customer Service and Return Policy



We're confident of the products we offer, but if for some reason you are
dissatisfied with your purchase, we accept returns on new, unused product
within 30 days fora refund. You do not need to get an RMA number. Just send the
item back with the original packing slip and a note stating why you are
returning the item, and that you request a refund or want another product.

The item must be in the original undamaged box or package. We do charge a
15%restocking fee, but this is waived for exchanges. Shipping, including return
shipping, is the responsibility of the purchaser.

Returned items that do not meet our return criteria will not be eligible for
