All orders to UK are sent 1st Class and there's always proof of postage!
Delivery usually takes around 3 days from the moment of dispatch , depending
where in the UK you live, but sometimes it can take longer, so please be
patient.

Tracking numbers can be provided on international orders with additional
postage paid. Please contact me prior to purchase for a quote.

Worldwide delivery usually takes around 1-2 weeks but it depends on where on
the globe you live! Please note that sometimes international delivery can take
up to 6 weeks but that happens rarely.

--- PROCESS AND OTHER INFO ---

My plushies are made out of anti pill fleece with high quality teddy bear
stuffing and are completely handsewn!

Due to the nature of them being handmade there may be minor differences
between multiples but I will do my best to match them as closely to the picture.

Fleece attracts a lot of fluff so before I ship my plushies out I do give them
a lint roll treatment and if needed I do indeed sit their with a pair of
eyebrow tweezers if there are any stubborn hairs.

I do live in a cat friendly none smoking home; however my kitties are not
allowed in my crafts room!
My plushies are NOT intended for children under 3 years of age due to their
handmade nature and small handsewn pieces.
