artistic ability, the style and the fabric that may be used for your
personalized toy. Please send me your picture.

The price is given for the toy on the listing's picture. Each drawing is
estimated and has a different price.

I will turn your child's drawing (or any drawing) into a plushie.

Taking care of a toy:
1) do not machine wash
2) gentle hand wash or dry wash only
3) after washing the minky and faux fur may become rough.
4) no complains or returns if water has been applied.



The size of the toy for the mentioned prose will be approximately 25-30cm
We make toys from the picture, not the verbal description of the toy. If you
are not able to draw it, we can't make it.



Some shades of colors cannot be found in fabrics we use plain colors available
on the market that can be found. If you make the order you agree that the plain
color of fabric may be used to make the toy. No refunds due to the darkness or
shades of colors.

Different monitors have different color settings and the shades of the colors
may show differently at different monitors.

If the toy is expected to have long fur, has a right to use minky as the main
fabric with short fur. Long fur colors and availability is limited on the
market. You confirm that you agree to, no refunds for the not matching color or
lengths of the fur.



If you are ordering a logo plush, PLEASE NOTE - we do not make small, long
words and letters or images of the logo. We will make the 3 D plush only. You
may order on your own expense the embroidery patchwork and attach it by
yourself or with the help of 3rd parties.

Some changes may not be done or will affect the price of the toy. Please do
not ask for cardinal changes not shown on the drawing or picture.

The products you see in store is often not available, so it will take time to
complete them.
I am in Ukraine, delivery to your country takes on average 4-8 weeks.
