1. Make the Order
2. Send photos of facial expressions, hairstyles, postures, dresses, shoes,
etc. you want to make to me
3. I present three parts (head, hairstyle, and body) throughout the process
for your review and modify them as you suggest.
4. After your approval, I will ship it to the address you provide

1. The price does not include additional accessories such as sunglasses,

DESIGN TIMELINE:
If our communication is successful, it will be delivered to your door in 3-4
weeks.



CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Products are fully insured against any mishandling during shipment. And I will
confirm 3 times during the whole process with you, so there is little chance
you are not satisfied with the goods and you will receive broken goods. Due to
the personalized nature of our products, once the design process has been
started, the order cannot be canceled or refunded. There will not be any
exceptions made as there is cost associated with every single phase of the
design process.
