I have two choices for pose and outfits,
One is same as model plan(refer to the main photo in the listing), could not
change pose and outfits, this is standard body model, will make fast to
complete your order.
The other one is fully custom, can change pose and outfits you want, it is
recommended to send model picture so that I can know your ideas fast and well.

materials list- this is a universal materials list, will send you a special

1. picture：one clear head photo(required ),one full body picture(not
required，if you do fully custom,would better send me a full body picture).
Recommend front view picture,if so,I can master the overall face features well.
2. standing base：shape is round, can be done black or white or gray color,so
which one do you like.
3. Pose:can be same to my listing model ,can choose fully custom,please show
me the model picture you like.
4. Outfits including shoes color and style,can be same to my listing model
,can choose fully custom,please show me the model picture.
5. Select from color for hair ,eyes and skin,just write the color code.Because
I could not tell from the picture due to taking photos angles and light line
factor. I will send you the color card after you placed order according to your
pictures.
6. Give me one emergency email or phone number so I can text you in time for
checking after all are ready.

About making time
I set making time is 3 to 4 weeks, just consider each customer place order day
by day, so,I will make orders one by one according to ordering time, so, if not
too hurry,just wait with more patience, because handmade items, if too hurry,
the likeness will be not good effect.Sometimes, could not reply in time due to
be busy for making bobbleheads, so not carry hand phone or watch computer all
the time, thank you for understanding.I will treat each customer’s order
seriously and devote to building it best. But the limit is pure handmade item,
could not make all details so accurately, If you are too idealistic, please
place your order carefully,because we all should be pleased to do works.


About shipping and feedback
After all are confirm,I will choose best shipping way to your country in max
short time to avoid crowd queue. Also.in order to keep shipping safely, I will
use more stronger box to put in our vivid bobbleheads.
However, once it is broken when received in case, just contact with me in
time, let’s deal with how to resolve it friendly before you leave negative
feedback, we all hope everything goes well, but once we met with the
problem,let’s resolve it,not worries,I am an easygoing person.Some customers
just leave me a negative view, this is not helpful,I am also very sad, because
it is can be resolved easily then.

About cancel order
I could not accept cancel order,because I have bought materials and take time
to plan the order. Please consider seriously when place order,I could not
accept cancel order by the reason-I do not want it anymore or I accidentally
ordered from the wrong shop and so on. Because it will cost much time to deal
with designing and paperwork and canceling order. More important, I could not
cancel or refund you full money at once due to the amount has been deducted by
kinds of fees.Refund money is ETSY refund you directly after I submit cancel
request, so,maybe you need some days or delayed time to receive money by your
bank. So, not I refund you money hardly, please note this.
